Teacher turnover rate is low, which provides the children with consistency and comfort helping them to establish trust and routines in their day. Along with the consistency, brings a wealth of knowledgeable educated teachers, with associate degrees and bachelors degrees in early childhood education along with additional trainings specific to childcare.
